Trauma Releasing Exercises® for Self-Care

I'm excited to be joining Becca Odom LCSW, E-RYT 200, and Anna Ferguson E-RYT 500, of Sacred Roots Wellness, LLC, in one of their masterclasses on November 18, 2016.  In addition to bringing their wisdom of how trauma exists in the body and how yoga can assist the body's healing process, I will be bringing participants Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) as a beautiful and powerful self-care tool.  Come learn about TRE® with fellow clinicians, yoga teachers and community members and increase your resiliency for work stress, get better sleep and experience lower overall anxiety.  This is a perfect way to be introduced to TRE® and add it to your self-care routine.  I'm very passionate about serving the caring professions in any way I can so that we can be more resilient for those we serve.  Hope to see you there!  See http://yogafortrauma.com/masterclasses/selfcaretre to register.

This course is ideal for those people ready to consciously and carefully deal with their trauma in a room with a group of people.
